*Youth classifications use Coaches Discretion on the youngest age. Not recommended for paddlers 14 and under.

*For Novice division – Includes both Novice A and Novice B in one division. Final determination up to HCRA Database.

Important information

  • All crew registration will be through Race Day Live Long Distance.
  • All crew members MUST be registered with HCRA.
  • Payment due upon registration.  $120 per adult crew; $60 per 18 and under crew.
  • Entry fee payable by Venmo by the registration deadline.
  • The deadline for online registration is May 2, 2024 @ 5:00 pm. 
  • No crew registration day of race.
  • No entry will be submitted/processed to race until payment is confirmed at check-in.
  • Waivers are not required.
  • Check-in is available between 7 am and 9:30 am.
  • Please have one paddler per crew check in.
  • Overflow parking is available at Kawaihae Small Boat Harbor South in designated areas only (see map).
  • If walking to/from Pelekane Parking (1/4 mile) please respect the archeologically sensitive area and stay on the path.

Registration Fees
